Toddler Taming - Christopher Green - superb book, and definitely worth reading.

Phillips Perry's, the book you wish your parents had read, and your children will be glad you did. I found her approach really helpful. I think it's made me alot more patient and understanding as a mum. I also listened to it for free on borrowbox, so whizzed through it.

Another vote for Toddler Taming.

Apparently There's no such thing as naughty is supposed to be good and you might want to get a copy of Little Angels by Dr Tanya Byron although sadly it is out of print now.
