Around 20 years ago….When I was a teen, I remember reading a series of young adult books from my school library.
The books were really thick around 500-600 pages I think.
The books were fiction/fantasy/magic type genre about a girl who had powers and could shape shift into an animal I think. She had a mentor who was also her romantic interest.
It was a completely different world with tribes/creatures/kings/queens etc.
I’ve tried to remember the title over the years but I just can’t remember. I’ve even tried googling it…
Anyone have any idea what book it could be?
