You could join Read It Swap It if you have any books that you don't want anymore. I've done loads of swaps on there and think it's great.

Actually, I've just looked it up and there is only one copy on there, so not my best suggestion.

I have it if you want it, but I haven't read it yet so I would need it back at some stage.

East London, I could post it to you though.

I've no doubt that you'd look after it. It's second-hand from my Mum anyway, I just wanted to warn you that I would want it back (if I'd read it I'd give it to you, I have to offload books all the time as I don't have the storage space to keep them).

Oops, I've sent a CAT to you. I'm off to bed now, but if you send me your address I'll pop it in the post tomorrow or Thursday.

Mwah-ha-ha-ha!

Oops - I've posted it off to you, hopefully you'll get it tomorrow or Friday. You didn't give me your surname (which incidently is going to make it much more difficult to stalk you ) so I just put your first name and address.

Don't worry about paying back postage, you can buy me coffee if we ever meet at a MN meet-up.

I might actually read it if you like it.

I'm a bit wary of books handed on to me by my Mum as they are often family saga type stories. The one before this was dire, rural Irish woman gets pregnant, already-married boyfriend vanishes, woman has daughter, daughter meets and falls in love with her half-brother. All pithily told in about 1200 pages.
