Does anyone have any recommendations for book that will help kick me up the backside and learn some tricks to improve focus and motivation at work. I'm chaotic, disorganized, procrastinate and never get anything finished. I really want to be more effective at work, mostly because I feel I'm letting the team down, but also selfishly because if I can increase my productivity.....I can reduce my hours significantly and have more time to focus on my kids. I happier when I work better, but find it really hard to get in the groove.
