Help me find a song from a book please!

Would love any help - trying to find a song!

I think I read this book around 2015. I think it was a much hyped book at the time. I think it was set in Australia, and I think it was about someone on the autistic spectrum.

And the song was mentioned in the book, and it was along the lines of, I'm so glad I found you to chat to, or talk to.

Any ideas?
