Can anyone recommend a good one? I struggle with making and keeping friendships.

I'm so sorry that you struggle. Have you ever read "How to Win Friend's and Influence People"?

I found it genuinely helpful.

I have heard of that one, thank you for the recommendation.Would be interested in any more if they exist?

I don’t know of any specifically on friendship, but have you read any of Brené Brown’s books? I like her most recent one, ‘Atlas of the Heart’, but her earlier books like ‘I thought it was just me’ or ‘The gifts of imperfection’ might have quite a lot in to help with this.

Always in the Kitchen at Parties by Leil Lowndes

I found this one really good, about making connections and getting to know people.

If this is something you have struggled with for most of your life and want to be more successful at, you aren't likely to develop that skill through any self help book.

The best thing you could do is to find a good counsellor who can help you talk through your individual issues and problems with forming and keeping friendships.

Hello, "Conversationally Speaking" by Alan Garner was helpful for basic social skills.

But to be honest, I think you might be better off doing voluntary work, or taking up some hobby where you have to mix with others. That was most helpful for me.

Good Luck OP
