Some of these biogs which you read in the expectation that they will be self-indulgent crap actually turn out to be great reads.
I thought Ricky Tomlinson's biog would be a load of old tosh about brookside and my arse, but was fascinating and quite political.

Have a masochistic desire to read Kerry Katonas crap. But haven't sunk so low just yet (plus would be embarrased to buy it I think)
