About 15 years ago I read a novel from the library about three grown up sisters living in a university town in America. Their Dad, I think, may have been an academic there. The youngest one had travelled, I think, and returned with an issue and baked a lot of bread. The middle one worked in a library in the town, and I can't remember what the eldest one did.
Any ideas? A google search bears no fruit for me. It was an enjoyable novel about relationships as I recall and I thought I might read it again.
