Good Afternoon,
I am hoping one of you well-read lot might have the thing I am looking for.
I need a long short story, not too controversial, that can be split into six chunks /preferably even cliff hangers, to be read over the course of a day in 5 minute slots.
So a 30 minute read. Although I can work round a 20 minute one probably.
Sadly, cannot be Lamb To The Slaughter (Dahl) as they already know it.
I thought about The Lottery Shirley Jackson.
Edgar Allen Poe probably will not hold their attention.
Clive Barker, even edited, would be too gory.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance
