I recommend this book! I finished today and it's so gripping, thrilling and emotional. It's by Amor Towles.

Its on my list after seeing it get good reviews here. Also recommended is Rules of Civility.

It split my book group. Half thought it was very dull, half liked it. I was somewhere in the middle. Honestly couldn't see what all the fuss was about. It was fine .

It's a very beautiful book.It was one of the choices in the Duchesses Reading rooms and the interviews were very interesting.
Rules of Civility is on my tbr pile.
