Anyone read / reading My Secret Garden?

A friend recommended it to me recently.
I would have to carefully hide it and possibly burn it afterwards LOL!

I read it years ago. I think the paperback is still floating around the house somewhere. Have you actually gotten a copy or are you just going by the description on Amazon?

Yes the one by Nancy Friday. It's an old book, but seems to have stood the test of time if reveiws are anything to go by. Did you get it as a student for the purposes of studying the book? Or for personal entertainment?

I suspect mainly to horrify my mother who thought sex should only happen within marriage .

I read Women on Top as well. Purely for entertainment purposes, of course.

I read it about 20 years ago when I was 20.

Bought and avidly read my copy in 1979, it's still on my shelves somewhere. And Women on Top. There was also a version where the interviewees were men, forget the title.

Women on top was better than secret garden imo

Oh my goodness! Can you still buy it then?? I’ve wanted this book for years but assumed it was out of print for some reason. I first read it at the house of people I was babysitting for when I was a teenager!

I read it when I was 18, my boyfriend gave it to me after his ex gave it to him - we still had shit sex 🤣 fair enough at that age. Nearly 30 years later, I'm not sure I'd bother... Will just crack one off when needed!
