I unexpectedly loved Crawdad's; hated the Beekeeper of Aleppo. Didn't like Thursday Murder Club. Loved the Silent Patient.

I like thrillers but bit too thrilling or I can't sleep 😂 I like easy to read but not rubbish and not romance but can be romantic as a side story. And I don't like first person. I like dystopian but not fantasy. I guess I like something relatable but not drudgery - so not "mummy likes to drink" type books.

I have these on my list and wondered if you could advise if any of them are goodie could recommend some others.

My sister the serial killer
The confession
The whole truth
Fifty fifty
Elizabeth is missing

Is The Whole Truth by Cara Hunter? If so, then it's part of a series. I'm reading them in order, and they ought to be because a lot of the back story details follow on from novel to novel.

Loved My Sister the Serial Killer, loathed Elizabeth Is Missing. I liked The Confession, but it wasn't a particularly gripping page turner.

Thanks for the reply! That's very helpful and yes I think the book is by Cara... something. So I'll make sure to read them in order thanks!
