Hi, has anyone read this book? What did you make of it?
I liked it over all but didn’t really think Laura in the first half matched Laura in the 2nd half. I know she was ‘acting’ but as it was written from her point of view I’m not sure why she was referring to being so happy in the first half?
Also the extracts from ‘the stalker’ in the first half - who was this meant to be? Mia or the guy in the castle? Why did the stalker want to harm Laura? I didn’t think this was explained in the book and confused me (saying things like ‘I saw them together today her hair was whipping around her neck like it was trying to strangle her, I’d like to do the same’ kind of thing).
Finally not sure if it was in just my kindle copy but there was a mistake in a Mia chapter where she named Ethan ‘Liam’ by accident. So you knew he was both characters (kind of worked it out by then but wasn’t sure if Liam was Ethan or Will!). I was surprised no one had mentioned that in the reviews or picked up in the editing!
