I read it in one day, 5 hours and it was done. I could not stop, it's fantastic. I also highly recommend "the neighbour" by the same author, which is actually where my username is from!! Both utter page turners.

Oh, I gave up on this about 30% in - I couldn’t connect with it at all, and felt like it was a real slog.
