I have just finished listing to Billy Idols autobiography , Dancing With Myself on Audible ,
He narrates it himself which was a pleasant surprise.
It starts from his childhood up to the ( relatively ) present day.
He is honest about his drug taking and womanizing so it can be a bit hard to still like him and there are a couple of times where he is a little graphic but nothing more than you would get in many other saucy books .
I really enjoyed it , it has explained the meaning behind a lot of his songs and what he was going through at the time .
While I dont agree with some aspects of his life style I have a new found respect for his writing and music .
