Transformative books that changed your life?

Tell me about them!
New year this year was so shitty that it hardly seemed a time for resolutions or positive thought.
But now there’s a little light coming into the days, I feel more motivated. So tell me about the books that revolutionised your life and inspired massive change. Self help books or otherwise. Anything... books that made you a better version of yourself or gave you a new perspective. Books that inspired a healthy body/ new way of looking at a situation/ the courage to take a leap. Books that transformed relationships/ taught you a particular valuable skill. Books that can drag me out of lockdown torpor to emerge a goddess, please!

Ayn Rand's The Fountainhead.

I don't agree with all Rand's politics but at the time I read it I was a self-effacing doormat of a young woman who put literally everyone else before herself - and was miserable as a result. The book helped me see the value in the individual, including myself.
