Came out early last yr, about a virus sweeping across the human race so that we have to isolate from each other.... Oh the irony

I’ve read it. I enjoyed it :) I liked the main character and it felt quite claustrophobic. It made me feel better about the Covid situation because they had it much worse in the book! :)

Hahah interesting perspective re comparison.

I actually think it needs a sequel because it feels so incomplete.

What happened to all the babies and kids too young to fend for themselves? What will happen when they discover she's pregnant? What exactly is the long term plan or are those eggs being made into new humans in a lab somewhere?

Did the Govt mean to keep everyone locked up forever or do they genuinely not realise?
