Good erotic novel

I need a good quality "rude" book to help get over a bit of a libido slump. In the past good old Outlander helped but i'd be hapoy with something a bit less genre and a bit more literary but with sex scenes that don't qualify for the bad sex awards! Anyone have suggestions they are not too embarrassed to share please?

If you are not averse to reading online, try the erotic stories section of the Literotica site. There are various categories and a search function for you to look up specific keywords.

I have quite a collection of these (thanks, Kindle Unlimited!! Tate James, Carian Cole, Karina Halle are all fab authors for the genre. The Deal by Elle Kennedy is really good to start you off (ahem). Slow starter in terms of smut but gets better the second half!

Kushiel's Dart by Jacqueline Carey. Amazing storyline, political intrigue, wonderful characters and some rollicking filth that made me blush. I didn't realise it also featured under Amazon's Erotica section when I bought it. (Suffice to say I've read all 9 books in the series )
