Books to help build kids self-confidence

Hi! Any recommendations please? My kids are 9 and 7.

I'm watching this one too, sorry, no reccomendations.....are your kids low in self confidence or are you just trying to give them a head start?

I myself am not that confident and recognise it in them too.
I do my best to build their confidence with praising and so on, but never know if I'm doing the right thing so am just looking for some guidance.

Had a quick shufty on Amazon - they're are loads of books but not many have recommendations, so thought I'd come to mumsnet!

No books to suggest, but maybe some of the thoughts here might be helpful?
