Feel good book recommendations

I'm looking for a feel good book. Any recommendations please? I'm currently considering, The Lido, The Authenticity Project, Saving Missy, The Giver of Stars, Us Three. I haven't read for a while and would like to get back into reading! Thanks

I've only read The Lido from your list and didn't really enjoy it but then again I'm not much of a chick-lit reader. It definitely has the kind of feel you're after though!

I would recommend A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman or The Rosie Project by Graeme Simsion - I enjoyed both of those Smile

Danielle Hawkin’s is an NZ writer with a nice way about her. I particularly enjoyed Dinner at Roses.

Another book I really enjoyed this year was The Art of Inheriting Secrets by Barbara O’Neal.

And I know I recommend Laurie King’s Folly a lot, but it’s such a good book.

I loved Giver of Stars. Wouldn’t have called it chick lit though.

I recently read Where the Crawdads Sing and would recommend it as a feel good book.

Thanks for the recommendations. I had looked at a Man Called Ove actually and Where the Crawdads Sing also seems to come up a lot. I'll definitely take a look at the other recommendations too Smile

I enjoyed The 24 Hour Cafe ,which is written by the same author as The Lido. Lovely story about female friendship.
