I just read it so interested what you thought

I ploughed through it - I found it bleak and a little sordid. Did you like it?

I found it interesting and quite compelling atmospheric once i got into it...though I found it hard to think of danny skinner as and brian kibby as being only early twenties

it seemed to be quite slow for long periods and then cram a lot in at the end...rythm of the novel or boredom and desire to get it finished by the author I'm not sure
