Wondered if anyone has bought the £10 book boxes from this company before? I've just received my box of books from them. Four paperbacks for £10 including delivery.

I went for science fiction but think the books I received are aimed more at male than female readers.

Has anyone ever ordered books from other genres from this company?

I have recently received a thriller/crime box which was my first order from this company. One of the books seems really good so far, by a Spanish author I had never heard of called Dolores Redondo. However, I will be taking the other 3 books straight to the charity shop as they really don't appeal. A bit disappointing but at least I have one chunky and interesting book for my tenner!
I love the idea of a surprise box but the reality can be a bit hit and miss. I have just ordered 6 current books from The Works for £10 plus postage which seems much more of a bargain

Yeah, I like the idea of a mixed surprise box but then I get disappointed by the reality! Just trying to find a cheap source of reading material while libraries are still closed, without resorting to Amazon.
