Let Go My Hand by Edward Docx - anybody read it?

Just finished this incredible book and want to talk about. It’s described as a love story between a father and son. Has anybody read it?

Yes I've read it. I adored it too - there was a paragraph in the beginning about how none of us can concentrate on anything which i was thought was so well observed.
I got more of Docx's books on the strength of it but found them pompous and boring
