Details very sketchy.
The protagonist (female) went to stay in a hotel/guest house with her spouse. There was a painting on the wall.
They were having marital troubles, eventually the woman realises they picture is moving and she ends up deciding to escape by going into the picture.
I want to say it was set in America but I’m not convinced!
