Easy readers light hearted

After a couple of books to take my mind of things, nothing too serious but easy to read.

Clovenhoof series - Satan gets banished to earth for being a crap boss of Hell. Pretty funny.

Any books by Sophie Kinsella - I've read most of her books and they always make me smile

Marion Keyes is light-hearted-ish. They're funny and sweet, but often deal with some more serious issues.

The Kiss Quotient by Helen Hoang is excellent, as is The Flat Share by Beth O'Leary

I love Georgette Heyer for this, well written, well researched but escapist regency romances.

The Tent The Bucket and Me - hilarious autobiography about a family's camping holidays in the 1970's

You need the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich. Begins with One For The Money. Laugh out loud crime fiction about an inept bounty hunter and the two unbelievably hot men in her life.
