Trying to remember the name of a book - please help!
There’s an idyllic city and a couple (maybe) have a parent living outside it as a rebel. They get a train to visit and deliver food, although you can get the train as a tourist to see what it’s like outside.
The dad is maybe living in a church and turns out to be leading some kind of rebellion?
Possibly something about bringing food to donate to the people living outside.
