What book is this?!

I remember reading it when I was early-mid teens (about 15 years ago).
I think it had a yellow/black cover.
It was about two girls who went to Spain for the summer. They met a man (Juan I think) who got with one of the girls and then the other one.
The first girl moved back home but the other stayed and started teaching English.

Any ideas?! It's driving me mad

I think it might be Fiesta by Kate Cann. It was called Spanish Holiday when it was first published, but looks like it's been renamed. The original cover was yellow with a drawing of a bikini on it..
