Wheel of Time Robert Jordan

Just started listening to this on audiobook on drive to school with DS2. He’s dyslexic so we try to listen to books we’ll both enjoy.

Started reading it originally about 30 years ago (what?) and loved every book. I’m in awe of how many of the themes/characters/myths/countries he’s layered into the first chapters.

Is it unabridged? That's going to be a long, long undertaking. Last time I read it I had to use the glossary to keep track of everyone.

I listened to it all a few months ago. It took an awfully long time!!! But it was worth it. I really wish I could be Aes Sedai

I love this series, I'm really excited to see how it's going to come across on the new Amazing series. I like their casting decisions so far.

I found the first 6-7 books amazing, books 8-10 or so dragged, loved Brandon Sanderson's final three again. I can't even imagine listening to all the audio books!! How many hours did that take?!

If you loved the Brandon Sanderson conclusion, have you tried his other stuff? He's really prolific and the Mistborn Series is definitely worth a read.
