HP7 - So, who is it that does magic in this book who has never done it before?

Just finished HP7 - great book.

But was going through my mind about the spoilers issued beforehand and that JK Rowling said "x many people will die" blahdeblah etc and also "someone who has been in it before and not performed magic will perform magic" we had a whole thread about this in April/May, thinking it was petunia or someone.

Actually I was fully expecting it to be Dudley after he was quite nice to Harry in the beginning I thought he'd come back at the end and help him or something.

So who was it?

did we ever see crabbe do magic before his fire thing in the room of requirement. And by the way, what a lame idea it was that voldie somehow 'didn't know' that others could use the room of requirement.

but if Crabbe actually couldn't use magic before then he wouldn't be at Hogwarts.

She stunned someone in the Ravenclaw Common room. And then she said that she had only ever stunned anyone in the DA Club when Harry was there.

Can't be Luna, everyone at Hogwarts will have done magic, and she's in Ravenclaw! Don't you remember the Gryffindor hat?

So it has to be someone that didn't go to Hogwarts!
