The Silent Companions...discuss ending Spoilers Alert

I have literally just finished The Silent Companions by Laura Purcell.
I'm a little bit at the ending...would anyone like to discuss with me?!

The ending to The Corset is even worse. It’s like she suddenly thought she ought to finish it.

I read it last year and was very underwhelmed. Especially because I'd read rave reviews galore and fallen for the "creepy and terrifying" blurb. I just kept waiting and waiting for creepy terrifying things to happen. And they never really did.

No I agree. It definitely wasn't creepy as I hoped.
The ending when she said 'Sarah' looked like Hetta...What did you take that to mean?
