You don't think we'd let a little thing like the end of the serise stop us do you expat??

Like MrsWeasley says, we have to analyse it next - not just the last book but the serise as a whole!

And work out for ourselves what we think happens to all the characters in the future. For e.g. Harry marries Ginny, becomes the first International Quidditch Player to become Headmaster of Hogwarts and has three red haired children, twin boys and a girl.

harry and Ginnys twin boys are of course called 'Sirius Albus' and 'Severus James' ;)

For anyone getting the book delivered by mail on Saturday i was speaking to my dad (hes a postie) and he says that becuase the book is so big its too heavy for the normal 'foot soldier' posties to deliver so will be going out on vans. Just in case your post turns up and there is no book it will probably be coming along seperately.

Unless you live in the sticks and get a van delivering your mail anyway.

Thought i should warn you, i remember being quite distressed when they did this with OOTP

Did anyone else get the Harry Potter stamps today? I didn't even know they were coming out and dh brought some home from work, in a fancy envelope and everything (he was a bit bemsued by how excited i was).

Someone mentioned on a thread (can't remember which one) about a spider being an animagus that heard the prophecy...well, was re-reading Half Blood Prince l'night to get myself into gear for Saturday and in it, Harry, when hearing about all the contacts that Slughorn has, visualises Slughorn as a big fat spider, weaving his web....

Coincidence......?????

the thing about the prophecy, is I'm sure dumbledore didn't get the whole thing - 'it's only me, you and trelawney that knew'.. i think snape knew the whole thing - I'm just not sure how right now.

I thought Dumbledore did hear it all though - he conjures up Trelawny in the penseive so that Harry can hear it....Snape didn't hear the part about Voldemort marking him as his equal, hence why Voldemort went and killed him as he hadn't got that part of the prophecy....iyswim?
