ooh, just saw your last post kneazle!

think I might have had a glass too much tonight

kneazlechick · 13/07/2007 22:02

I warned you!!

whompingwillowinthedewmeadow · 13/07/2007 22:03

Definitely! Theres sooo much to discuss in them. After I finished them the first time, I thought that the Christians should be more up in arms about it (rather than the startlingly innocent and full of good moral HP books)

rosmerta · 13/07/2007 22:03

nope, have to go, dh getting extremely grumpy now!

see you tomorrow

whompingwillowinthedewmeadow · 13/07/2007 22:04

Kneazle

kneazlechick · 13/07/2007 22:04

Sorry MMJ, I don't see the attraction with Christopher Ecclestone.

Liking that picture of DDL, lily. He is one of those people who can look gorgeous one minute and odd the next.

TransfiguratingLily · 13/07/2007 22:04

I've been changing too many little boys nappys to find that interesting

whompingwillowinthedewmeadow · 13/07/2007 22:05

filch - he's definitely not my ideal Sirius

kneazlechick · 13/07/2007 22:05

ROFLMAO!!!

I did warn you!!!

At least he wouldn't have to strike that pose if he played Sirius!

whompingwillowinthedewmeadow · 13/07/2007 22:06

Lily - what about wiping around that willy?

TransfiguratingLily · 13/07/2007 22:07
Grin
filchthemildmanneredjanitor · 13/07/2007 22:08

he is how i imagine sirius. can be kind and handsome and lovely looking but can be dark and scary too. gary oldman is so wrong-far too old.

whompingwillowinthedewmeadow · 13/07/2007 22:09

completely agree!! They should have had a panel of women casting the films!

TransfiguratingLily · 13/07/2007 22:16

Think I'll crawl off to bed and dream of handsome Siriuses and hopefully I'll also dream about the whereabouts of my carkey...

kneazlechick · 13/07/2007 22:18

I agree on the looks, but is Hugh Jackman the right age? Sirius is supposed to be the same age as Harry's parents. We know they were 18 when they left school and Harry is 13 when we first meet Sirius, so that makes them a minimum of 31 ... but quite probably at least a couple of years older. Hugh Jackman is 39!!! Perfect!! Gary Oldman is 49!!!!! Too old.

whompingwillowinthedewmeadow · 13/07/2007 22:20

me too! night night

kneazlechick · 13/07/2007 22:22

night all

Sorry MMJ, I don't see the attraction with Christopher Ecclestone

That man is the most attractive thing ever to have walked this planet! Seriously don't you go for angular ugly but in a beautiful way men? The french have a word for it - blest if I can remember what it is - for being ugly but beautiful. Like Gerard Depardieu. Anyway whatever the word is, Christopher Ecclestone epitomises it.

kneazlechick · 14/07/2007 08:24

Quattrocento - We'll have to agree to differ on this one Tho, tbh, I can't think of much I've seen him in so I'm probably not the best person to comment.

Anyway - more important matters ... ONE WEEK TO GO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BandofMuggles · 14/07/2007 08:29

Kneazlechick, my sis and I are going to the cinema next thursday if you want to come with. Are you signed into MSN???

CharleeWeasley · 14/07/2007 08:37

I don't see the attraction in Sirrius tbh he's a bit old for me. I wouldn't kick Dan R out of bed though

Were hopefully going to see the fim tomorrow but sadly my grandad is literally in the last stages of aspestocis so his dr has given him a few days to live so obviously if he slips away we wont be going.

I can't wait for the book to come out dp said he was going to ban me from reading it if i negect my womanly duties, silly twat i gave him 'the look'

BandofMuggles · 14/07/2007 08:38

We like sirius from the book, but not from the films.

CharleeWeasley · 14/07/2007 08:41

Ahh well in that case - oh boy yeah! I can't think of anyone i would have prefered them to cast to make him more my type iyswim?

I deffo didn't fancy Harry in the books or the earlier fims, but him in GOF are phwor!!!!!!! And those naked picsthat came out of him!

Anyway must calm down i have an important wedding to attend!

kneazlechick · 14/07/2007 08:41

Thanks BOM. But my mum now wants to go so I've said I'll go with her next month when she come to visit. Hope you enjoy the film

LOL at your dh, Charlee. Mine doesn't understand either. He wrote a huge list of jobs to do next weekend (he's working this one) and I said I'll have to see what I can do ... and he asked why?! When I told him he rolled his eyes!!

BandofMuggles · 14/07/2007 08:46

DH has said he will take the girls and give me a fewe hrs to read. I have explained to him about spoilers and how I can't go on line til I have finished and that if he lets me get on with it then he will get it quicker as he is quite keen to read it himself.
