Havent read the first one

Peter Kay biog isnt really a biog at all, more an extended stand up but very funny in parts

Bill Bryson book also good in parts, but not as good as his others (A Walk in the Woods and Neither here nor there are fabulous)

Couldnt finish suite francais...dont think I was in the right frame of mind

Great choices for summer hol reading...something for every mood

Currently reading Memory Keeper's Daughter for book group and HATING it

I loved Black Swan Green tho.

ah, wasnt sure but was tempted by the fact that it was only 1.99!!!!

But then, it's had rave reviews and on bestseller lists in the US for ages, so lots of people must really like it.

I want to get the new Bill Bryson.
but come 21 July it will only be Rowling for me
