Can anyone recommend a memoir or fiction about 'finding yourself' after a break up?

Hi, I wonder if anybody's got any good recommendations about ending a relationship and feeling lost in the aftermath. Maybe things similar to The Outrun by Amy Liptrot, Out of the Woods by Luke Turner (two memoirs) or Promising Young Women by Caroline O'Donoghue (fiction) - or anything empowering and more abstract (Audre Lorde, bell hooks etc) - anything that you've read when you've just felt a bit shit that made you see things in a more hopeful light.

Wild by Cheryl Strayed. A fantastic read.

Review here

It's actually called Wild: a Journey from Lost to Found which sounds like what you are looking for?

I was coming to recommend wild but I see someone already has.

In was going to say Eat Love Pray. It helped me a lot when I was in a difficult place.
