So I feel like I need to bring more positivity into my life, I would like books that help with this as well as books that help with your goals etc. Any recommendations for books that are like this but not too airy fairy Smile

Also I saw a few mumsnetters mention a book about cleaning:

Buy 30 Days to a Clean and Organized House 2 by Katie Berry

Is it any good? Does it work?

I think decluttering my home and getting more positive are important to help me progress this year Smile

Watching with interest - determined that 2019 is going to be a better year! I also have the 30 days book - haven’t started it yet though.

Gretchen Rubin The Happiness Project - fun and not airy fairy. Relateable.

Marie Kondo - best decluttering one.

Getting things Done is meant to be good too but I haven't read it yet Blush

I like Rangan Chatterjee's books (The 4 Pillar Plan and The Stress Solution).

Also Laura Vanderkam's 168 Hours: You Have More Time Than You Think. She has a great TED talk too: https://www.ted.com/talks/lauravanderkammhowtoogaincontrollofyourrfree_time/up-next?language=en

I like the Louise Hay books on self love (although I don't agree with everything she says the general gist is good!)

The 5 second rule Mel Robbins she is also on YTube. The Miracle Morning is on sale on kindle.
Another recommendation for 168 hour.
