Malfoy wanted to be Harry's freind because of his notoriety and influence, for what he could get out if it, not because he wanted a friend, BUT I don't thinks he's evil, a bully and arrogant, but not evil.

It hasn't been deied, she said she wasn't a squib and she wouoldn't perform magoc, but not that she wasn't a witch.

I've read that they person who performs maioc late in life for the first time isn't petunia. JK has said it, so it must be true!

I think Petunina may die because she is the only other person who is related to Harry who can protect him.
All the other people have died. (His parents, Sirius, Dumdledore.)

I don't think Petunia will be the one to do magic (I think that will be Diddykins), but I think she could if she wanted to.

Petunia and Dudley both hate Harry, Petunia can't stand anything magical, she said as much in the first book.
I don't think Dudley would perform magic even if he could. He knows that his parents don't like it and he is always running to his parents. "Muuum Harry's doing You-know-what again".

I think that Snape loved Lily, she knocked him back and went for James. Sbnape went for Volde on the rebound and then regretted it once Lily sacrificed herself so that Harry could live. Snape hates Harry because if his mother hadn't loved him so much she wouldn't have sacrificed herself for him and thus be lost to Snape forever. However, Snape now feels immense regret that his actions lead to Lily's death, as he thought only James would die, and thus feels he must protect Harry.
