Anybody read it? Just wondered what you thought?

Thought the subject matter was interesting but the characters were not very well developed - would put it under the charecter of "holiday reading" rather than something I would want to re-read....

find her books get a bit 'samey' after a while - although that was a better one, and her new one 19 minutes is suppodsed to be very good

thougght it started well, good interesting ethical dilemma to explore but it was let down badly by a cheesy love story and cop out ending... thought at start it would be a thought provoking read but landed up almost in chick lit land... agree woth comment about holiday read...

Good, glad you've all said that as I was worried I was missing something.

Original thought provoking idea, good start, but haven't really warmed to the characters, not even poor Kate.

Think the romance is irrelevant to the storyline and like you've all said possibly a bit "chick lit". Not quite finished it yet and if it wasn't a bookclub book for me would have given up on it ages ago.

I was really looking forward to reading it but feel a bit ambivalent towards it.

Just finished it - hmm not sure about the ending!
