I've had a dry spell with reading and nothing grabbed me
I got over it with the 2 books above. I loved them both
So, what to move onto now?

Liane Moriarty has written more books which might be worth a try? Her sister Jaclyn Moriarty writes YA fiction - might be a family resemblance?

For quirky books - The 100 Year Old Man Who Climbed out a Window.

The Rosie Project and The Rosie Effect.

Maybe Sara Gruen's Water for Elephants?

One book I read and really didn't think I'd enjoy but did, was The Lovely Bones.
