Anyone read it? I'm really confused and disappointed by the ending. Is a nuclear war imminent? Has Allie descended into madness? How on earth did Roxy end up back with her Dad? What happened to the Nigerian reporter?

I quite liked the power concept but the ending was so abrupt. It also didn't seem to address the females that used the power for goodness.

What do you all think?

I personally found this unreadable. I kept waiting for the story to ‘kick in’ but it never did, it just sort of petered out.

I found it pretty bad - an interesting concept but not carried out well. The EastEnders-esque dialogue made me cringe a bit

I kept reading in the hope that..something would happen.

Oh well. I don't think I'll be rushing to read anything by NA again.

Same here - it had a lot of praise here but after the first few chapters it felt really stilted and just fizzled out.
