Anyone reading the Elizabeth George Inspector Lynley series? I save them up for holidays, so have just read the last one, even though it was released in March.
I hope there will be more - can't find anything about if she's working on a new one, though, and they seem to be getting further and further apart.
Anyway, I can't quite follow the ending of the latest one (The Punishment She Deserves). What follows is a spoiler, if you've not read it!
Why does Clover end up in the glider?! They assume that she has the evidence with her and is going to dispose of it, but she doesn't have it. They only tracked her to the gliding field on the assumption that she wants to get rid of the evidence immediately, but for some reason, she isn't intent on getting rid of it (or she'd have gone to the house), and she goes to the glider anyway (with no cause to). Neither make much sense to me.
