this is a really good book my dh brought it back from afganistan for me its about a journalist who live with a typical afgani family in kabul. i really enjoyed it as it goes into the depth about there family structure ect well worth a read if u can get hold of it lol

also read and loved it - is available here at Waterstones.

I liked this book too.

I think the bookseller got very annoyed with the author and tried to sue after it was published. He doesn't come across too well.
