Help me remember a title!

Hello, I’m trying to remember the title of a book I read a while ago. It was about a woman who was in a coma after a car crash and her past life kind of unfolds as she lies there. I don’t want to give too much away in case anyone is reading it but she was married to a teacher she had had an affair with as a pupil. Can anyone help me?

I can't remember the exact plot of Dawn French's "Oh Dear Sylvia" but know she's in a coma. Is that it?

Is it "after you'd gone" by Maggie O'Farrell?

That sounds familiar to me and frustratingly I can see the cover - did it have an apple on it?

I haven't read it but could it be Sometimes I Lie by Alice Feeney?
