book i read but cant remember

so all i remember is the girl is taken or something by a fae and she is brought her life is changed.... ummmm in one of the books there is a war that happens because someone else wants the girl.... im sorry i cant remember anything else so i probably won't get any suggestions but if you think of anything please reply.

Could be one of Holly Webb's "Tithe" trilogy, or one of Melissa Marr's "Wicked Lovely" series. Check them out here and see if they are it.

Could be a number of books, the ones which spring to my mind are Emma Bull's War for the Oaks and Kim Wilkin's The Autumn Castle, although neither of them are a really good match.
