I have the 24 book subscription. It works out about £4 I think

If you're on the app click on "deals". There are differently priced deals every month. If you scroll do to the bottom of deals you will see daily deals which has one book per day, changing at midnight, which costs either £1.99 or £2.99. Every now and then they have sales with good reductions for a huge amount of books. I tend to stock up then. Also two for one sales. Smile

I loved Robert Webb's how not to be a boy.

I’ve read a few as had some credits built up-I’ve also lost some too Angry

Anyhoo,

Gone girl- I’ve read the book and watched the film, but both were ages ago and it was a good intro to audiobooks

The woman in the window by a j Flynn. I don’t know if it was the narrator as in the character or the actual voice-but either way I couldn’t bear her. I think it was more the character.

The breakdown by ba Paris. I guessed it but it was still enjoyable and well read.

Lie with me by Sabine Durrant. Really enjoyed this, the lead character is a bit of an arse and it’s a slow burner but really liked it.

Under your skin by Sabine Durrant. I think I liked it? Tracy Anne oberman is the narrator (was in eastenders) and I basically then pictured her as the main character which worked well.

I’m going to get the Clare Macintosh one next.

I recently discovered that my library (glasgow) has links with a few apps where you can access audio books for free using your library card. It is brilliant!

If you cancel your membership they offer you it at half price for a few months.

Born a Crime by Trevor Noah, I recommended it on another thread to someone who was looking for an uplifting book. It is well narrated and uplifting as well.
