Anyone else reading this? I'm about 90% of the way through.
I'm enjoying the non-linear plot structure, and the different narratives are interesting.
Sometimes I feel that he uses more complicated, obscure vocabulary when a simpler word would do just as well. Is this because he is showing off, or is it to reflect the obfuscation theme?
He does go off on a tangent quite frequently. Some of these pathways are relevant and/or interesting, but not all. I think his editor could have been a bit more assertive.
