Modern day city woman I think she was a publisher loses her job answer a add for a small town rancher with a young daughter who wants a wife. She arrives to find out that the daughter place the add and father is unhappy since he didn’t place the add and that she is not suitable for the add ups and downs they fall in love . Does anybody know this book title or the author?

Sorry no bloody help whatsoever but I've got really vague recollections of this book & now want the answer too.

No it’s not the book. It not a Christmas book the books about a rancher that works with training horses his daughter is a girl about 10 years old not sure about the mother. I think she also had a cheating boyfriend/fiancé that she left behind she also might have been from New York City before she left not sure if took place in Texas,Wyoming, or Denver. I think the mother broke his heart by leaving?

You could try reading The Horse Whisperer, by Nicholas Evans, or Dream Country by Luanne Rice, they maybe have some similar elements.

Sounds like something Alexa Riley would write. I have no clue of the title but the story line sounds similar to many of her books.

Is is Jodi Picoult? Sounds like her kind of storyline.

No it not seem close but rancher young daughter places add for a wife for her father and she is a city girl that he not expecting there are no accidents they fight and fall in love and the little girl get the mother she wanted
