Recommendations for Uplifting Reads

I have had a fairly stressful and difficult end to 2017 so am looking for uplifting reads to help lift my spirits. Thank you.

No romance though please.

I found A Gentleman in Moscow uplifting - it’s a wonderful book.

For non fiction, I’d recommend Wild by Cheryl Strayed.
