Anyone read this? I have just got it now and wanted to know what to expect really. Read the first chapter, and noticed it was written along time ago (in medical terms). Do you think it is still relevant today?

i read it a long time ago - like 6 or 7 years ago.

i think there are some interesting points but, as is quite often the case, a lot of it is pure common sense.

having said that, there are times when you need to read common sense stuff to remind yourself!

i read this years ago (bout 10 i think) but remembering finding it quite good..... my life is still a balls up mind so maybe it was not quite that good!
