I just stumbled across it, and thought it might be my kind of thing. Has anyone here read it?
It's quite surprising. The plot and characters all seem pretty dull, but her writing is enjoyable, especially when she's making side-comments about society or human nature. And it's surprisingly sexual! I mean, it's only a couple of decades after Jane Austen.
