Dinosaur Christmas (can't remember the author sorry) is nice if they're into dinosaurs - it's the story of how Santa used dinos to pull his sleigh he got the reindeer...

Thank you all - good suggestions. I remember having a Christmas book when I was little that had lots of stories, recipes and other stuff. Wish I could remember what it was called.
